What this site puts on your device, what it collects if you write to us, and who else is involved. Described as it actually works. This site is run by Omnia Theatre Inc. (operating as The Omnia Theatre), British Columbia, Canada; “we” on this page means Omnia Theatre Inc.

This site stores nothing on your device
The one script we did not put here
Cloudflare serves this site, and Cloudflare adds its own Web Analytics script — static.cloudflareinsights.com — to the page as it leaves their network. It is not in the code of this website; it was switched on at the hosting level. It counts page views and it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, but Cloudflare does receive your IP address, the page you are on, where you came from, and which browser you use.
We are telling you about it because it is a third party receiving information about your visit, whether or not it stores anything. Nobody here has ever used a number from it, and whether it stays is being decided.

Our shop and our investor page live on the same domain as this site, so cookies they set are also sent to this page even though this page does not read them. They are listed here because they are on your device under our name, and you should be able to find out what they are without visiting the shop to discover it.

If you join the waitlist or write to us
For waitlist signup, our server processes your email address and any first name you provide. It may pass those details to Resend, our email provider, to add you to a configured mailing audience. It also asks Resend to send you a confirmation email. A successful subscription or delivery is not guaranteed by this notice.
For contact enquiries, our server sends your name, email address, enquiry type, and message to Resend for an email addressed to Omnia Theatre. Your email address is also used as the reply-to address so that we can respond.
The waitlist handler keeps the submitting IP address and latest request time in server memory to limit repeated requests. It uses a sixty-second cooldown, but no automatic deletion period is defined for those entries. The contact handler does not use this in-memory IP list. The list is not written to a database by these handlers. Retention in hosting and email-provider logs has not been verified for this notice.
Typefaces
The fonts on this site are served from our own domain, built into the site when it is published. Your browser makes no request to Google for them, so Google learns nothing about your visit here.
Links out
The YouTube, Instagram, X and shop links in the footer are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from those companies into this page, and they learn nothing about you unless you click.
